Everything is OK, with the exception of adhesive, which remained on protective film instead of the bottom of dots, so I had to use my own adhesive to stick them. With that in mind I am still giving 5 stars, because the final effect is great. It does shine at night (has to be exposed to light before that). My camera is not the best at taking night pictures, but it looks much better in real life (when lights are off).
